Covering the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards for the third year straight.

When it comes to business in Frisco, TX, the Frisco Chamber of Commerce is a busy little organization. Helping small businesses get the word out, ribbon cuttings, networking meetings and a whole lot more. Every year, they host an awards banquet honoring the successful businesses in many categories. For three years running Anthony Burokas was tapped to help provide video services for the event.

In the previous two years Tetra Media Group used Anthony’s years of live multi-camera experience, and his gear, to provide the live “IMAG” show on the big screens in the auditorium. This year, with the addition of some new hardware, Anthony focussed (pun intended) on camera to try and cover the Chamber’s new and innovative “Theatre in the Round” concept stage.

This stage was situated in the center of the room with tables all around it. There was no, one “front” of the stage. Rather, people could enter and leave from different stairs and face the crowd in any direction. This posed a unique challenge to the video crews tasked with covering the presentations on stage. But with three cameras, we had every angle covered.
